Text Messaging Consent
We collect opt-in consent during our intake and appointment scheduling process. When a client books an appointment through Zoho Bookings, they are informed that they will receive SMS reminders related to their scheduled sessions. Consent is explicitly obtained by including a statement on the booking form that SMS reminders will be sent and by requiring them to enter their phone number for that purpose.
Clients can opt out at any time by contacting us directly or replying “STOP” to any message.
