BrightLife Kids is a behavioral health program providing free support for all families with children ages 0-12 in California. This program is designed to help families manage everyday challenges and enhance child development.

What BrightLife Kids offers:

  • Private 1:1 coaching

  • Personalized digital tools

  • Guidance and referrals

BrightLife Kids Coaches assist with (and more):

  • Ages 0–4: Milestones, sleep, and tantrums

  • Ages 5–8: Big feelings, friends, and self-esteem

  • Ages 9–12: Social media, peer pressure, and study skills
