We help families understand what is available, access the right supports, and move forward with confidence. We help families reduce barriers impacting access to supports and services. We support families in navigating healthcare, school systems, and the resources they need.

We support families during school-based meetings, review paperwork, help build confidence, foster collaboration with providers and schools, and connect families to appropriate supports and resources.

We can assist with helping you get your child the support they need at school and in your community. We provide support to families experiencing barriers such as housing instability, attendance challenges, healthcare access issues, and other factors impacting a child’s ability to learn, remain engaged in school, and access appropriate supports.

Any family facing barriers to access disability services can receive services.
Our services are on a sliding-scale with free, low-cost, and reduced fee options.
Yes, we go with families to IEP meetings often.
The first step is to complete an intake.
If you are part of the family needing our services, go to our intake page and complete each step to get started.
If you wish to connect a family to our services, you can make a referral for the family. Go to our referral page to fill out the referral form. Our referral form is secured and HIPAA compliant.
